Ingredients
3/4 lb American Cheese, White cubed1/2 lb Pepper Jack Cheese cubed- 12 oz Evaporated Milk
- 4 oz Green Chilies, canned, chopped
1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
Steps
- 1 Medium sauce pan on medium-low heat
- 2 Add evaporated milk for a few minutes
- 3 Add cheese, continue to stir
- 4 Add green chile and cumin
- 5 Stir until melted
