  3. 12oz (340.2goz -> g) Evaporated Milk
  4. 4oz (113.4goz -> g) Green Chilies, canned, chopped
  5. 1/2tsp (≈1.1gestimated from: Spices, cumin seed [tsp, whole]) Cumin, ground
Steps
  1. 1 Medium sauce pan on medium-low heat
  2. 2 Add evaporated milk for a few minutes
  3. 3 Add cheese, continue to stir
  4. 4 Add green chile and cumin
  5. 5 Stir until melted
